VendorsChat is a business communication and vendor messaging platform developed and operated by Vendocker Inc. The platform enables businesses to communicate efficiently with vendors, partners, and customers through supported messaging channels, including the WhatsApp Business Platform.

VendorsChat is designed to integrate smoothly with existing business systems and workflow automation tools, allowing organizations to embed messaging capabilities directly into their operational processes. We provide integration through the following methods:

  1. API-Based Integrations – Enabling businesses to connect VendorsChat directly with their internal systems, CRM platforms, ERP solutions, or custom applications.
  2. Pre-Built Automation Integrations – Offering ready-made connectors for popular automation platforms, allowing messaging workflows to be implemented without complex or extensive development work.

Where applicable, VendorsChat functions as a technical intermediary between a business's internal systems and third-party messaging infrastructure. We manage the underlying technical complexity of these integrations while ensuring compliance with applicable third-party policies and data protection standards.

Data Collection & Use

VendorsChat collects and processes information, including Personal Data, for the following purposes:

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining VendorsChat services
  • Managing and facilitating messaging and communication workflows
  • Enabling integrations with third-party platforms and automation tools
  • Processing and transmitting messages through supported messaging platforms
  • Supporting internal operations, customer support, and administrative functions

To deliver our services effectively, VendorsChat may collect the following information:

  • Phone number

For communication and message delivery features, we process phone numbers and message content strictly in accordance with the applicable policies of supported messaging platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform where relevant.

Third-Party Integrations

VendorsChat may integrate with external business tools, messaging services, and automation platforms. Please note the following:

  • Any data shared with third-party services is subject to their individual privacy policies and terms
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the privacy practices of any third-party services they integrate with VendorsChat
  • VendorsChat maintains data protection and security standards consistent with the requirements of supported third-party platforms

Children's Privacy

VendorsChat is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from children.

Service Management & Customer Data

  • VendorsChat may access, process, or store Personal Data on behalf of its Customers solely for the purpose of providing contracted services
  • Customers retain control over how their data is collected, used, and stored within the VendorsChat platform
  • Questions regarding how a Customer uses or manages Personal Data should be directed to that Customer directly

Security & Data Storage

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect Personal Data, including:

  • Use of secure, cloud-based infrastructure
  • Encryption of personally identifiable information
  • Access controls, monitoring, and security best practices

Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill service obligations or to comply with legal requirements.

Account Deletion

Requests for account deletion or data removal may be submitted by contacting: support@vendocker.com

Upon termination of services, Personal Data is deleted unless retention is legally required or otherwise requested by the Customer.

Cookie Usage

VendorsChat uses both session-based and persistent cookies for the following purposes:

  • Improving service functionality and user experience

At this time, VendorsChat does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
